Cancellation Policy

BOOKINGS POLICY & GUIDELINES Thank you for choosing to book your event with us. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please take a moment to review our booking policies and guidelines. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION All bookings must be confirmed via our online booking form or in writing (email is acceptable). A booking is only secured once a deposit has been received. Upon confirmation, you will receive an invoice and a formal booking agreement outlining performance details. 2. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal (processing fees may apply). Late payments may incur a fee or risk cancellation without refund of deposit. 3. CANCELLATION POLICY By the Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancelled more than 30 days before the event, no further payment is required, but the deposit will be retained. If cancelled 14–30 days prior to the event, 50% of the total fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 14 days before the event, 100% of the fee will be payable. By the Artist: In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil the booking due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will: Offer a suitable replacement of equal quality and professionalism, OR Provide a full refund including the deposit. 4. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS Requests to change event details (time, date, location) must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability. Additional costs may apply for major changes such as location adjustments requiring travel or accommodation. 5. AGREEMENT By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined in this policy. A formal booking agreement will be issued for your signature.
