Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions 1. Responsibility: Hirer is responsible for the equipment from delivery to collection. Any damage or loss will be charged to the hirer. 2. Use: Piano shells are for visual/stage use only and should not be played or leaned on without prior approval. 3. Cancellations: A cancellation fee will apply if booking is cancelled within 7 days of the event. 4. Payment: A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Balance due 7 days before the event. 5. Damages: Hirer will be fully liable for any damages including repair or replacement. 6. Extras: Optional equipment must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to event date.
